Q: How much it costs?

A: CTSQL Flow Suite is licensed per channel per board. It is licensed @ 60$ per port with minimum of 4 ports.

Q: I created IVR Flow for 4 channel Analog Dialogic Card , now I am planning to switch to T1.Do I have to change Flow?

A: No, only you need to take license for T1 card. Same Flow will work on T1 card for variety of protocols such as Robbed Bit or ISDN.

Q: I created IVR Flow using Access as backend database , now I am planning to switch to SQL Server. Do I have to change Flow?

A: Not exactly, only you need to import your Access database into SQL Server and modify connection string for IVR Flow using CTSQL Editor.
